Sebong is the history of the domestic
factory automation industry,
which has consistently growing up since 1992.

  • 1992.03 -Established Sebong

    • 1995.06 - Contracted with TOYO ELECTRIC CORP. of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 1996.05 - Contracted with TECHNO DRIVE CORP. of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 1996.05 - Contracted with NOVA ELECTRONICS CO.,INC of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 1996.12 - Contracted with TECHNICAL & TRY CORP.of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 1999.04 - Contracted with AZBIL CORP. of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 2001.05 - Contracted with KSS CO. LTD. of Japan as the general agency in Korea
    • 2003.10 - Localized photomapping sensors for LCD lines
    • 2004.09 - Contracted with ANYWIRE CORPORATION of Japan as the general agency in Korea

    2004.10 -Moved to a new company building in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

    • 2008.02 - Developed domesticized photo ICs specialized for photo sensors
    • 2009.03 - Established a sale partnership with OPTICON SENSORS EUROPE BV. of Japan
    • 2009.10 - Contracted with WENGLOR SENSORIC GMBH of Germany as the agency in Korea
    • 2010.01 - Started exporting ceramic ball bearings in cooperation with SBB TECH CORP. of Korea
    • 2010.03 - Established a sale partnership with KOHZU PRECISION CORP. of Japan
    • 2010.06 - Established a sale partnership with RIX CORPORATION of Japan
    • 2012.09 - Contracted with CONTEC CO., LTD. Of Japan as the agency in Korea
    • 2013.08 - Contracted with PULS GMBH of Germany as the agency in Korea
    • 2014.01 - Changed the company name to SEBONG Inc.
    • 2016.02 - Opened a branch in Tokyo, Japan
    • 2016.04 - Established a local corporate body “Sebong Vina” in Vietnam
    • 2018.11 - Changed the company name to SEBONG Co., Ltd.
    • 2019.05 - Established a local corporate body “Sebong Co.” in Japan

    2019.10 -Moved to a new company building in Gongse-dong, Giheung
